Today I am going to be talking about ‘building big shoulders. Maybe you might have been working out so hard without seeing results. Maybe you are at the point of giving up and not trying to build up your body especially the shoulders.

Below is how to build shoulder muscle.
Barbell shrugs work best for most people. When doing this, try to use a weight that is reasonable, and do not try to overload the bar with plates. Do 4 SETS of 20 REPS and try to hold the top position for like 10 sec.
Standing Military Press
In doing this, you must also use the weight that is proportional to what you can use. Try to lift with your shoulders not your legs. And also make sure that you lift the barbell high above your head and lock your hand/elbows before returning to your chest…
Do 4 SETS of 8 REPS.
Front/Side/Rear Delt Raise
This is yet another powerful and effective workouts that really do your shoulders. Do this with lighter dumbbells and 10 REPS for each of the different positions without resting.
When you do the above workouts as stipulated and religiously, you shall definitely see results. To build shoulder muscle is not all about doing tons of different moves and heavyweights, but doing the right exercise that targets building the shoulders. It is as simple as that.
