    Nice program thanks.
    How often would you recommend to do cardio? Should that be with every training pass or in between? What`s your take on that?

      Would you not rather have your body ready for your training? Cardio is an effective way of warming up your body. So, I would recommend you start up with a cardio on every training session. Thank you.
