HAND-SNATCH:Sets-5,Reps-3

EXERCISE 2B

ONE-ARM ROW:Sets-,Reps-Many as you can,up to 10rm-each side

DAY 2

EXERCISE 2C

SINGLE-LEG DUMBBELL DEAD-LIFT:Sets-4,Reps-Many times as possible with 10rm

EXERCISE 3A

JUMP-SQUAT:Sets-5,Reps-Do for 30 sec.

EXERCISE 3B

MEDICINE-BALL SLAM:Sets-5,Reps-Continue for 30 sec

That’s the Day 2 workout. But remember to always leave a day before you proceed to the next day’s workout.

    How often would you recommend to do cardio? Should that be with every training pass or in between? What`s your take on that?

      Thank you for dropping by.

      Would you not rather have your body ready for your training? Cardio is an effective way of warming up your body. So, I would recommend you start up with a cardio on every training session. Thank you.
