  1. Super information. I was looking at a training video recently and it gave one or two exercises for legs, but it wasn’t a patch on what you’ve provided here. The videos here are really good and this is a comprehensive training post. I’ll be back.

  4. Great post. When I use to go to the gym I had a bad habit of skipping leg day from time to time. You have offered some very useful exercises here.

  5. I always stress peers to workout their legs. They usually just workout their arms, chest and back. They don’t care about legs. There are so many benefits from doing leg workouts! I also love doing them and use most of the workouts you mentioned.

    Hi, Nnamdi. There really is some great information here on building stronger legs 🙂 I am always on my legs, whether it’s at work, home or doing a spot of jogging, so I reckon my legs are pretty strong. However, I will still have a go at putting some of your methods in to action.
