    Great post. When I use to go to the gym I had a bad habit of skipping leg day from time to time. You have offered some very useful exercises here.

      When you get back to the gym, do not ignore the leg anymore. Try out leg exercise in each session.

    I always stress peers to workout their legs. They usually just workout their arms, chest and back. They don’t care about legs. There are so many benefits from doing leg workouts! I also love doing them and use most of the workouts you mentioned.

    Hi, Nnamdi. There really is some great information here on building stronger legs 🙂 I am always on my legs, whether it’s at work, home or doing a spot of jogging, so I reckon my legs are pretty strong. However, I will still have a go at putting some of your methods in to action.
