    Warning: woman reading this lol! But I totally agree with you. You don’t see a lot of articles out there for men who just want to be healthy and not necessarily bulk up and get bigger. They all seem to be about that. Good that you give advice for those who want to be healthy and in shape. I agree that juices and pops are not good. At all. I drink none personally as I feel they are full of sugar. I just drink water most times. And I add lemon to it 🙂

      Hello Emily, I did make it clear not to offend women, but you agree with me that most articles, DVDs, and even magazines written on weight loss and fitness were mostly for women.

    Finally a post on helping men lose weight. I need to really lose weight. I had made drastic changes to my diet. I have a lot of belly fat and fat around my thighs – any particular way it can target losing fat around there?

    I’m a woman, but I can testify that a lot of people I know have HIIT training to thank for their bodily transformations.
    The only thing I would like to know more about is: what exactly do you think of cardio machines? Because to me they are so expensive and some suggest that your body doesn’t exactly move as well compared to natural movement, for example jogging vs tredmill running..The machines seem to change the actual flexibility of your muscles?

      Hello Nia, there are some cardio machines that are affordable, though that is according to your budget of course. As to if using the cardio machine is less effective than actual jogging, I think the opposite is the case, because, there are technological features in this machines designed to stimulate users to workout to their full potentials and it also offer them convenience. The only thing I might say someone using the machine might be missing is the fresh air.

    Its about time someone wrote about how men can lose weight fast. I agree that most articles you read give suggestions on mostly women on how to lose weight.

    I love when I woman is in shape and looking good. Men should also take care of themselves too and be in shape.

    I like the fact that you recommended water in this article. Many people do not consume enough water and yet it is the best liquid on planet earth.

    The portion about water is essential. I started drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day, and my workout results have been absolutely amazing ever since. I also feel more awake each day and ready to go.

    This is a fantastic and very accurate article about how to lose weight! I have definitely used HIIT in the past and even though it is very intense and physically exhausting, it definitely gets you the weight loss results you are looking for if you are consistent and determined! Thank you for posting this very valuable information!
