The Nautilus T614 Treadmill could compete with some of the treadmills at the price range of over a $1000 in terms of quality and features. You should also endeavor to read the customer reviews on the Amazon as that will help you a great deal in making that decision, that being said, stick around to know more about this machine.
This unit undoubtedly has different low-impact workout options that are designed to provide comfort and outstanding workout experience that is fitness goals oriented. Meanwhile, there is the upgraded version of this unit which is the Nautilus T616 Treadmill, and down below you will find a comparison table for the two.

The Nautilus T614 Treadmill is one of the best treadmills around that can be acquired with less than $1000. It is powered by a 2.75 CHP motor plus a lot of features that we are going to discuss in this review. It does have all the requirements that qualify an ideal treadmill for home use.
The motor capacity is just great for the maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds which its supports. Its speed ranges from 0 to 12 mph which is again adequate for most home treadmill users.
The incline can be adjusted up to 12% easily by a push of the button during a workout session without disruption. However, it does not have decline capability which could be of importance for users who are preparing for a professional running competition.
The running surface size is 20’’ W by 55’’ L which could be great for most users who wish to run on it. The warranty shows that the manufacturer is proud of the quality of the entire machine which includes the frame, motor, and other components.
The frame of the Nautilus T614 Treadmill is made of durable material hence the warranty of 10 years for it. The oversized crossbar tubing adds stability and it supports up to 300 pounds maximum weight capacity.
The motor is yet another important part of a treadmill because it is the power or source that provides the drive for consistent motion and speed. This unit has 2.75 CHP motor that is a sufficient drive for the official designated maximum user weight capacity and users can run up to 12 mph, good for home users. It does also operate quietly with a consistency that you don’t have to worry about disturbing the family or neighbors when exercising.
The running surface may not be perfect in terms of being roomy for runners but enough for runners to accomplish their goals. The running deck size is 20’’ W by 55’’ integrated with 1’’ ply running belt that sits on 2.5’’ crown rollers.
The running surface has what is called the StrikeZone 4 cell cushioning that was designed to cushion the effect of stress on the joints. This reduces or prevents the joint stress that is usually experienced when running outdoors or on a treadmill. Therefore, you rest assured to experience comfortable and smooth workouts.
There are 22 profile programs that are created to help you achieve your fitness goals which include 1 manual, 3 quick goals, 5 training, 3 weight control, 5 heart health, 3 intervals, and 2 custom.
The Nautilus T614 Treadmill has 12% incline which can simply be adjusted by quick access button without having to stop the workout. The speed’s adjustment is likewise adjusted easily with the quick access button without disrupting the workout progress.
The console includes features such as the NautilusConnect goal tracking and data export which tremendously helps you to achieve your fitness goals. Other features include the USB charging port and data exchange to NautilusConnect and/or myfitnesspal.com.
There on the console is the blue backlit LCD monitor that has high readability even in the dark and of course the 22 programs and the Quick access buttons for speed and incline. Acoustic chambered speakers, 3-speed fan, and contact heart rate are also found on the console.
This machine has a SoftDrop mechanism that folds up the unit with ease for storage and with transport wheels for easy relocation as well.
It has a good warranty in our opinion even though some think that the frame and the motor should have a lifetime warranty oppose to 10 years for both. We still think it is good warranty considering the price the unit is being sold at. It also has 2 years for mechanical and electrical, and 90 days for labor.
It has both contact and chest strap heart rate capability which means your heart rate can be displayed on the monitor through contact with the heart rate sensors on the grip bars or with the chest strap which is not included when you purchase the unit, you have to purchase that separately.
It has a beautiful blue backlit LCD display that could help you track the progress of your workout by displaying workout data such as the time, distance, calories burned and heart rate.
The Nautilus T614 Treadmill is telemetry enabled but does not include the chest strap upon purchase of the machine which means you have to buy that separately.
It is expected to support more than 300 pounds, maybe up to 350 pounds should have been great.
We just learned that you can no longer upload directly to MyFitnessPal via USB but can only do that manually by login into your account and enter your workout information.
