The Nordic Track t65s looks like a great treadmill for the price, I can see why you gave it 4 stars. I especially like that you can plug your ipod into it. Does it fold away for convenient storage?

I am in the market for a new treadmill and I came across your review on the Nordic TrackT6.5 and found it very interesting. I really dig the fact that it has an iPod connection port because I run better when I have music playing.

I know you said the Con is it only goes up to 10 mPh, I’m perfectly fine with that because I am not bolt what so ever 🙂 LOL!

I’m going to talk to my better half on getting one and I will revisit your review if I get the green light!

Thank you for a great review and helping me make a decision.

      Hello Jaime,

Thanks for the visit and I hope your better half will give the green light, lol. Anyways, if you are ok with the pros and cons and I guess the green light is already given.

You’ve certainly done the product justice with your review. Concise, and to the point. That is what I like. One of the cons is not so much of a con for many, namely that it only gets up to 10mph. I think most would only want this device for jogging purposes, so I wouldn’t envision any issues with that. However, is this product available in the UK?

Thank you Tony for looking up our website. As for the cons you said was not a problem, yes, it is not but there are some people that may be disappointed if it doesnt get further that 10 MPH especially runners. But is it generally ok for individual whose goal is to keep fit and lose weight.

To answer your question about the availability for U.K consumers, well I am sorry that this very model is not available but there are other models you might want to check out here.

      Thanks again for checking in.

    Hello Nnamdi,

I truly appreciate the fact that you address other criteria to look out for when looking to buy a treadmill i.e., frame, motor, cushioning, tread belt and the warranty.

Some people may just look for treadmills to buy armed with a certain budget, ignoring their needs and how the treadmill can actually serve those needs.

Seems that the Nordic 6.5 is suited for people like me because I’m not a jogger nor a runner. I’m a brisk walker so the treadmill’s power would suit me fine.

Thanks Nnamdi for this comprehensive guide on the model!

That’s right Zailinah, you don’t have to look at the budget alone when looking to buy a treadmill, you must also look at the major components that make the equipment tick otherwise you may end up buying crap.

Nnamdi, I especially love that I can choose to have a cushioned run on this treadmill. This is great for people with old sports injury like myself and so I appreciate that you pointed this out in your review. I also love the IPod feature. Very helpful review. Thanks.
