    I will say upfront that I am not a big fan of exercise. I like how you presented basic, fun exercises that can help eliminate belly fat. Now a days, it seems so hard to get 30 minutes to eat dinner! Great post, and thanks for the tips! 🙂

    When I read the title of the article about exercises to burn stomach fat, I was not expecting you to talk about cardio! I was expecting the typical sit ups and ab exercises. But it totally makes sense. I am someone who works out a lot. But you are absolutely right, stomach fat is the hardest to burn out. Like super hard! One good thing I have found to burn it is kickboxing. Really works out the obliques!

      Once again, thank you Emily for dropping by. And yes, most people will think that the best exercise for abs is sit ups. Yes they are, but only good in making the abs strong, and not to burn the fat on your stomach. Cardio is the best form of losing or burning fat. Kickboxing is also good for making your obliques strong too. But to lose fat, cardio is the way forward.
